During all these phases of developments, we have maintained the most possible quality standards and frequently tested our products. Our production is ISO 9002 approved.

We are registered with D&B’s global under RMS D-U-N-S No 64-548-3012.

We have many of our important gloves tested against many risks and have them CE certified for different categories. Our gloves are mainly tested against, Mechanical risks, Heat, Cold and Chainsaw cut.
 
Materials that we use in our gloves have different level of protection and are divided in Category 1 and category 2.

Category 1 glove is used for minimum risk and is labeled with CE label

Category 2 glove is used for Medium risk glove and the glove is tested and approved by an EU notified body. 
 

General Requirements for EN 420 certification:

  • The Glove is for right Protection.
  • It is easy to wear.
  • The Glove material should be made of harmless material.
  • The pH level of the leather should be 3.5-9.5.
  • Chrome level should be 3mg/Kg or lesser.
  • The fingers must meet the dexterity standard.
  • The Glove should accompany with the instructional manual.
  • Sizes of the gloves should be according to the manual.
  •  The glove should be labeled properly with pictogram, safety level, article number.

Gloves for Mechanical Risk, EN 388

In this standard, the glove is tested against following risk:

  • Abrasion resistance
  • Cut resistance
  • Tear resistance
  • Puncture resistance

Gloves for Protection against Thermal Risks, EN 407

In this standard, the glove is tested against following risk:

  • Resistance against combustion
  • Resistance against contact heat
  • Resistance against convective heat
  • Resistance against radiation heat
  • Resistance against drops of molten metal

Gloves for protection against Hand Held Chain Saw, EN 381-7

In this standard, the glove is tested against following risk:

  • Glove is tested for EN 420
  • Resistance to Chainsaw Cut

Gloves for Protection against COLD, EN 511

In this standard, the glove is tested against following risk:

  • Resistance against Convective cold
  • Resistance against Contact cold
  • Resistance against water penetration (Optional)
