We have many of our important gloves tested against many risks and have them CE certified for different categories. Our gloves are mainly tested against, Mechanical risks, Heat, Cold and Chainsaw cut.
Materials that we use in our gloves have different level of protection and are divided in Category 1 and category 2.
Category 1 glove is used for minimum risk and is labeled with CE label
Category 2 glove is used for Medium risk glove and the glove is tested and approved by an EU notified body.
General Requirements for EN 420 certification:
The Glove is for right Protection.
It is easy to wear.
The Glove material should be made of harmless material.
The pH level of the leather should be 3.5-9.5.
Chrome level should be 3mg/Kg or lesser.
The fingers must meet the dexterity standard.
The Glove should accompany with the instructional manual.
Sizes of the gloves should be according to the manual.
The glove should be labeled properly with pictogram, safety level, article number.
