Shipping Policy

Our Policy The Scimitar International strives to ship all orders out to our customers in a timely. It usually takes between 1 to 4 business days for our staff to process and ship your order unless an expedited shipping option has been selected. Once The Scimitar International has processed and shipped the order, the actual delivery time varies depending on the shipping address and shipping method selected.

Expedited Shipping All orders that placed will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you with email address provided the same day to advise you and to see if you want to substitute or if you prefer us to cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours via email then we will cancel any expedited order and issue a full refund.

Shipping Cost Our shipping costs are based on the shipping method selected, the shipping address, the price and the weight of your total order. The total shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to payment. Below is a table that serves as a shipping cost guideline: Shipping Rate All zones Shipping Method Transit Delivery Time Details Flat Shipping $20 All orders of $250.00 or more are eligible for flat shipping regardless of weight. Free Shipping $0.00 All orders of $350.00 or more are eligible for free shipping regardless of weight. On some very rare occasions the system may display a shipping cost that is far below our actual shipping cost. When this occurs we will promptly notify the customer and provide them with the proper shipping cost and an explanation and give them the opportunity to pay the extra fees or cancel their order. Note: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

BackordersThe Scimitar International strives to provide a timely and efficient service for all of our customers. We keep a large amount of products in our warehouse and have a large and established distribution chain to get the products that we do not have in stock. Our inventory is dynamic and changes from week to week. In some cases an item may not be in stock or may be sold out when we receive your order. If we cannot process and ship the order within 4 business days we will notify you via email to inform you of the status of your order and the projected ship date. If you decide that you do not want to wait for the item please inform our staff at this time and we will cancel your order immediately. In some rare cases, an item may no longer be available. If this occurs we will notify you immediately and cancel your order.
